根据国内外跨海大桥的施工经验和专业研究成果，分析了海洋环境下桥梁设计与施工的特殊技术，如：从台风影响、潮汐、水流和波浪、防撞设施、结构耐久性、设计方案与施工方案的相互作用等方面，总结了跨海工程设计的整体安排思路，施工、运行和维护的重要性，设计方案与施工方案相结合的重要性，并对现行技术规范的改进提出了建议。
Based on construction experience and specialized research achievements of domestic and international sea-crossing large bridges,an analysis is made for special techniques of bridge design and construction under marine environment, such as: typhoon's influence,tide,flow and wave,anti-collision facilities,structure durability,interaction of design proposal and construction proposal.Train of thoughts is concluded for integrated arrangement on sea-crossing project's design,construction,operation and maintenance,the significance of design proposal and construction proposal's combination.Recommendations are made of the improvement of current technical specification.
