The Editors of Anaesthesia and Trauma have been made aware that an abstract has been presented at both the 17th Trauma Care Conference and the Annual Meeting of the Group of Anaesthetists in Training (GAT) of the Association of Anaesthetists of Great Britain and Ireland (AAGBI). The abstract was published in both Trauma [1] and Anaesthesia [2] following presentation at both meetings, but the dual publication was without the knowledge of the authors, the AAGBI, GAT or either journal. We apologise for this oversight and the resulting dual publication.
