A 68-year-old woman had been repeatedly hospitalized for heart failure caused by a broad anteroseptal myocardial infarction and was referred to our hospital for cardiomyocyte sheet implantation. Optimal medical therapy had already been introduced, and cardiac resynchronization therapy had been performed. Coronary artery angiography revealed a stent without in-stent restenosis in the proximal left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD), 90% stenosis in the middle left circumflex coronary artery (LCX; fractional flow reserve: 0.89), and 75% stenosis in the distal right coronary artery (RCA; Figure 1).
