—Fifteen species and subspecies of disjunct conodonts are recorded from a measured section of the Lick Hole Limestone. The conodonts, in particular Polygnathus linguiformis dehiscens Philip and Jackson, suggest a Lower Devonian (late Siegenian-early Emsian) age for the Lick Hole Limestone.
