Reliability testing of the quantitative myasthenia gravis score

METHODSThirteen objective parameters were measured on a 0 to 3 point scale (total score range 0–39). Nine subjects, five with MG and four normals, were independently examined by seven clinical evaluators (CEs). Five CEs examined five subjects and three CEs examined four subjects. All MG patients had positive serum AChR-Ab titers. The reliability of the QMG was estimated as the pooled standard deviation estimate using an analysis of variance.RESULTS
