众所周知，简单的超临界比奈姆-高尔顿-沃森过程如果条件限制的话就会变成亚临界过程。我们证明，相应的情况也适用于一般的多类型分支，其中生育可能发生在不同的年龄，寿命可能取决于繁殖，因此整个事件过程受到灭绝条件的影响。
It is well known that a simple, supercritical Bienayme-Galton-Watson process turns into a subcritical such process, if conditioned to die out. We prove that the corresponding holds true for general, multi-type branching, where child-bearing may occur at different ages, life span may depend upon reproduction, and the whole course of events is thus affected by conditioning upon extinction.
