采用高效液相色谱法分析茉莉花发育和开花过程中内源激素的变化。结果表明，在茉莉花发育过程中，在倒数方程模型中，随着Z和ABA含量同时增加，花芽平均重量增加，但Z/ABA比值变化呈高-低-高趋势。花芽平均重量的增加可能与花开前Z/ABA比值的变化有关。由于ABA含量下降，Z/ABA比值在采摘3小时后达到高峰。 Z/ABA比值达到高峰后，开孔度急剧增加。茉莉花发育和开花过程中未检出IAA。
The changes of endogenous hormone during the development and blooming of jasmine flower were analyzed by HPLC. The results showed that the average weight of flower bud increased in reciprocal equation model during the development of jasmine flower with the simultaneous increasing of Z and ABA contents, but the change of Z/ABA ratio showed high-low-high trend. The increasing of average weight of flower bud could be related to the change of Z/ABA ratio before flower opening. The Z/ABA ratio reached high peak after being picked for 3 hours because of the decreasing of ABA. The opening degree increased sharply after the high peak of Z/ABA ratio. IAA could not be detected during the development and blooming of jasmine flower.
