Field-induced conduction electron spin polarization is investigated in the Anderson model on the basis of the Yamada-Yosida theory. In the case of elecron hole symmetry the spin polarization at a distance r from an impurity is expressed by (xH/gfJ.B) cos 2kFr/4r:r3 for r>ro =4r:EF 'Xeven/ kF (gfJ.B) 2, where 'Xcven denotes the even part of the susceptibility X with respect to electron correlation U. On the same lines, the interaction energy between two impurities is calculated.
