本文回顾了“扬州会议”以来我国学校体育20年来所取得的主要成就，同时指出了目前存在的主要问题。文章对20年来学校体育的各种指导思想进行了评述，并对学校体育的地位、目标和作用进行了较为深入的探讨。最后，对我国学校体育的发展提出了一些建议。对我国学校体育改革与发展的未来趋势进行了预测和展望。
This article has reviewed the twenty years' main achievements obtained in our country's school physical education since “Yangzhou Conference”.At the same time it points out the main existent problems at present.The article has commented on the various guiding ideologies in the school physical education in twenty years, and made a rather profound discussion about the status, golal, and function of school physical education.At last, it forecasts and looks into the future trend of the school physical education reform and development in our country.
