Serum lactate dehydrogenase as an early marker for outcome in patients treated with anti-PD-1 therapy in metastatic melanoma. In melanoma adjuvant therapy, it is still difficult to choose the best therapy for each patient and to find the best timing for a switch that avoids treatment resistance.
