Purpose To concurrently evaluate the effect of half-fluence photodynamic therapy (hf PDT) on choriocapillaris (CC) perfusion and choroidal structure in chronic central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC).Methods This prospective study included 48 eyes of 41 patients with chronic CSC.
