Figure 1 (a) Colonoscopy revealed a 12 mm Paris sessile (0-Is) lesion within a diverticulum in the ascending colon.(b) The lesion was endoscopically suctioned and inverted into the cap.(c) After capturing the lesions sufficiently, the over-the-scope clip (OTSC) was deployed.(d) Full-thickness resection of the tissue above the OTSC was performed with a snare.(e) Pericolic yellow fatty tissue and white ring-shaped cross-section of the muscularis propria were seen at the resection site.
