Pluridirectional high-energy agile scanning electronic radiotherapy (PHASER) is next-generation medical linac technology for ultra-rapid highly conformal image-guided radiation, fast enough to "freeze" physiological motion, affording improved accuracy, precision, and potentially superior FLASH radiobiological therapeutic index.
