目的研究三子养亲汤镇咳平喘部位的化学成分。方法采用95%乙醇回流提取三子养亲汤，药渣用水混悬，依次用石油醚提取，EtOAc和正己烷。结果从该部位分离得到7个化合物，其结构经理化性质和波谱分析鉴定从三子养亲汤中分离得到5个化合物，分别鉴定为3，4-二羟基苯乳酸正丁酯（1）、羟吲哚-3-乙酸（2）、对羟基苯乙酸（3）、反式芥子酸（4）、3，4-二羟基苯甲酸（5）、邻羟基苯甲酸（6）、琥珀酸（7）。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the fraction of calming cough and asthma of Sanziyangqintang.(traditional Chinese medicines).Methods The Chinese compound prescription of Sanziyangqintang were extracted by 95% EtOH under reflux,and then the residue were suspended in water and extracted successively by petroleum ether,EtOAc and n-BuOH respectively.Chemical constituents of the EtOAc extracts were isolated by various chromatographic methods and identified by physiochemical and spectral analysis.Results Seven compounds were isolated from this fraction of Sanziyangqintang and identified as n-butyl 3,4-dihydroxy-phenyl-lactate(1),oxindole-3-acetic acid(2),p-hydroxybeneacetic acid(3),trans-sinapic acid(4),3,4-dihydroxy benzoic acid(5),o-hydroxybenzoic acid(6),succinic acid(7).Conclusions All the compounds are firstly isolated from Sanziyangqintang;2-7 are obtained from its composing plants for the first time.
