The Reason for the declining of Liangzhu Culture has always been a hot issue a well as an important subject for the study of the origin of Chinese Civilization. This paper took sociological and historical perspectives, analyzed early and middle Liangzhu culture, concluded whose fall should be a embodiment of "Growing Holdback"——the developed theocratic system.
