来自加拿大四个不同机构的四名研究生参与了协作的人种学研究,以探索他们作为参与者-研究人员的双重角色,调查在加拿大学习工程教育研究(EER)的研究生的生活经历。通过身份轨迹框架定位的调查结果表明,我们质疑该领域的合法性,从而质疑我们的身份。这场争夺合法性的斗争是从实践共同体的角度讨论的,从情景的角度出发,并通过跨越边界、社会化和文化理论进行讨论。我们将EER定位为跨学科,并展示了应该如何利用这一空间来鼓励变革知识的进步。我们认为,有意在加拿大个别机构建立EER实践社区,对于明确关注EER研究生的身份发展和支持这一跨学科和新兴领域的发展至关重要。四人小组S、四人小组机构加拿大不同机构、国家和地区自动民族志协作组以及探险家、参与者和樱桃小组。在加拿大,S和L一起参加了这项活动。在L的领导下,所有的人都不知道自己是谁,也不知道他们的身份。从L的角度来看,社区、社会与文化之间的关系是有限的、非社会化的、非社会化的。L对跨学科计划的了解,以及对利润状况的评论,鼓励L提高和纵容转型人员。L和其他机构的基本知识是:明确L的身份;S和L的身份;L的身份;L的身份;
Four graduate students from four distinct Canadian institutions engaged in collaborative autoethnography to explore their dual roles as participant-researchers investigating the lived experience of graduate students studying engineering education research (EER) in Canada. Findings, oriented through the identity-trajectory framework, indicate that we questioned the legitimacy of the field, and thus our identities. This struggle for legitimacy is discussed in terms of community of practice, drawn from a situative perspective, as well as through boundary crossing, and socialization and cultural theories. We position EER as interdisciplinary and demonstrate how this space should be leveraged to encourage the advancement of transformative knowledge. We suggest the intentional construction of EER communities of practice at individual Canadian institutions is essential for explicitly attending to the identity development of EER graduate students and supporting the advancement of this interdisciplinary and emergent field.
