We give a complete classification of arc-transitive Cayley graphs of valency five on Abelian groups,and prove that a Cayley graph X of valency five on Abelian groups is arc-transitive if and only if X is isomorphic to Q~d-4,Q-5,K-(5,5),K-6 or K-(6,6)-6K-2.
