如何在传输过程中保护信息的安全性成为人们需要解决的重大课题。信息隐藏技术为解决上述问题提供了另一条途径。结合人类视觉系统（HVS），可以在不降低图像冗余质量的前提下，将秘密信息嵌入图像中，实现信息的安全传输，传输的信息可以是图像文件，也可以是文本文件。
How to protect the security of message in the process of transformation has become the significant task for people to solve. Information hiding technique provides another way to solve the problem above. Combined with HVS(Human Visual System),the secret message can be put in the image without degrading the quality for its redundancy and to secure the information.The message to be transferred can be image or text file.
