本文报告2例腺病毒34型引起的结膜炎。经中和试验和PCR-六邻体基因测序法鉴定为Ad 34，经PCR-限制性片段长度多态性分析鉴定为Ad 14。这两株病毒的基因组类型与Ad 34 a完全相同。
ABSTRACT Two cases of conjunctivitis caused by adenovirus type 34 (Ad34) are reported. The isolates were identified as Ad34 by the neutralization test and the PCR-sequence method of the hexon gene but as Ad14 by PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. The genome types of these two isolates were identical to that of Ad34a.
