本文对俄罗斯经济中非正规部门的就业问题进行了研究。主要的注意力集中在查明决定俄罗斯联邦各区域非正规部门就业水平的因素。为此目的，在俄罗斯联邦选定的组成实体集团的框架内，对社会和经济指标与区域经济非正式部门的就业水平之间存在的关系进行了分析。拟议的方法方法使我们能够确定在俄罗斯经济非正式部门内形成就业地域差异的因素及其主导群体。
The article regards the study of employment in the informal sector of the Russian economy. The main attention is focused on identifying the factors that determine the level of employment in the informal sector across the regions of the Russian Federation. To this end, within the frameworks of the selected groups of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, an analysis for the presence of a relationship between social and economic indicators and the level of employment in the informal sector of the regional economy has been carried out. The proposed methodological approach allows us to identify the factors and their dominant groups that form the territorial differences in employment within the informal sector of the Russian economy.
