In the experiment leaves of shoots in vitro of 213 were taken as explants.The polarization rates of 213 increased greatly when certain concentration of AgNO_3 was added to medium,and it was the best when the concentration of AgNO_3 was between 0.5 mg/L and 2.0 mg/L.When different ages of explants,which grew within the trial concentration range,were treated with four methods(D,Z,S and B),it was found that method S was the best for 21 day shoots of Gerbera,the polarization rate remained at 75% and 2.4 times more than that of the control.
