从钝叶油橄榄（Olax obtusifoliaDe Wild）的根皮中分离得到4个未描述的三萜皂苷和5个已知的三萜皂苷和油酸。通过1D和2D NMR结合质谱等波谱学方法确定其结构为3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-（1→4）-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-（1→3）-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸基油酸酯、3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-（1→4）-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-（1→3）-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸基油酸酯、3-O-α-l-吡喃鼠李糖基-（1→3）-β-d-吡喃葡萄糖基-（1→2）-[β-d-吡喃葡萄糖基-（1→3）]-β-d-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸基油酸和3-O-α-l-吡喃鼠李糖基-（1→3）-β-d-吡喃葡萄糖基-（1→2）-[β-d-吡喃葡萄糖基-（1→3）]-β-d-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸基油酸28-O-β-d-吡喃葡萄糖基酯。
Four undescribed triterpenoid saponins together with five known and oleanolic acid were isolated from root bark ofOlax obtusifoliaDe Wild. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D NMR experiments, in combination with mass spectrometry as 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-d-glucuronopyranosyloleanolic acid, 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-d-glucuronopyranosyloleanolic acid 28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl ester, 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-d-glucuronopyranosyloleanolic acid and 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-d-glucuronopyranosyloleanolic acid 28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl ester.
