The main purpose of this study is to conduct a performance evaluation of natural ventilation control in office buildings. In this paper, following the survey of the actual state of the buildings with natural ventilation, we examined the basic characteristics of the buoyancy driven ventilation using airflow network analysis. In the numerical analysis, we carried out three analyses of natural ventilation rate and neutral pressure level. In addition, we noticed that if we determine the neutral pressure level, we can calculate natural ventilation rate easily. Therefore, we examined the various factors that affect the neutral pressure level.
