This paper aims to develop a self-healing mechanism that can mimic the repair in creatures through blood-coagulation. When creatures are injured, blood platelets gather in the tear of skin to form a temporary seal to cover the break in the vessel wall. After that, blood-coagulation act as a glue and reinforces the platelet plug. To mimic the self-healing, we conducted effectiveness experiments to choose suitable materials for the self-healing mechanism. We then performed tensile test to investigate the self-healing effectiveness of the materials. Through the experiments, we verified the self-healing effect after scratching the material.
