目的研究Arca subcremata Lischke多糖（ASLP）对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用体外培养方法，观察ASLP对正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞和T、B淋巴细胞增殖的影响。结果体外试验表明，ASLP能增强小鼠脾细胞增殖能力，并能提高小鼠脾细胞增殖能力。结论：ASLP能提高小鼠的免疫功能，是一种良好的免疫调节剂。
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of polysaccharide from Arca subcremata Lischke(ASLP) on immunologic function in normal mice.METHODS The cell multiplication of splenic lymphocyte and T,B lymph cell in vitro were studied.The body weight,the index of immune organs and carbon granula test were used to determine the effect of ASLP on immune function in vivo.RESULTS The in vitro tests shewed that ASLP could enhance the ability of cell multiplication of splenic lymphocyte and T,B lymph cell compared with controll group.CONCLUSION The results indicated that ASLP could improve the immunological function of mice.It could be a good immunomodulater.
