Argument detection is considered to be a key factor in much previous work related to QALab-PoliInfo Segmentation task. However, It has different views about ”argument” thus classifying sentences in terms of argument detection may be a noisy process. In this paper, we propose a method that has filter-by-confidence step after assuming all text segments to be an argument , instead of argument detection step. Our method achieved 93.9 precision and 81.3 recall,indicating that filterby-confidence is helpful to avoid negative affect of noisy text classification process.
