灰色系统理论可以解决小样本、少信息的问题，以近6年的数据为基础，运用灰色关联分析方法，分析了我国能源消费与经济增长的关系，并通过GM（1，1）模型对未来5年的能源消费趋势进行了预测，为能源和经济发展规划提供了依据。
Grey system theory can be used to solve the problems which have small samples and little information.Based on the data of recent six years,the relationship between energy consumption and economy growth of China is analyzed with the grey incidence analysis method.Energy consumption trend in the next five years is forecasted by modeling GM(1,1).All above can support the energy and economy development planning.
