In the title compound, C20H19N3O4S, the 3-methylene-1H-indole unit is nearly planar with a dihedral angle of 2.69 (2)° between the rings. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular N—H⋯O, N—H⋯S, O—H⋯S and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming a two-dimensional network approximately parallel to the (011) plane.
