The PS-OCT probe is demonstrated in Fig. 1. We integrated two GRIN lenses in the sample arm and reference arm of the OCT system, respectively. The GRIN lens in the sample arm is employed for endoscopic imaging, while the one in the reference arm aids in dispersion compensation. Our system can capture internal tissue structures by inserting the GRIN lens into the tissue. From the results shown in Fig. 2, different epidural tissues can be distinguished based on the different OCT imaging features.
