预应力混凝土箱梁结构是目前广泛应用的桥梁结构类型。随着计算机技术和有限元技术的发展,如何利用计算机进行桥梁辅助设计已成为国内外相关研究机构的研究热点。基于此,本文研究了计算机辅助设计在混凝土箱梁中的应用。在简要介绍有限元理论和自动网格划分技术的基础上,分析了有限元网格划分所面临的技术瓶颈及其主要原因,并在桥梁CAD软件开发的基础上,根据混凝土箱梁结构的几何效果,提出了纵截面算法。通过计算机程序的实现和算例计算,实现了混凝土箱梁六面体网格工作自动网格划分算法。研究结果表明,纵截面法不仅能够自动完成混凝土箱梁六面体网格的自动细分,而且计算精度较高,满足计算精度的要求。
The prestressed concrete box girder structure is atype of bridge structure widely used at present.With the development of computer technology and finite element, how to conduct aided design of bridge by computer has been there search hot spot of relevant research institutions at home and abroad. Based on this, this paper studies the application of computer aided design in the concrete box girder. On the basis of the brief introduction of finite element theory and automatic meshing technology, this paper analyzes the technical bottlenecksen countered by finite element mesh and its main causes, and then proposes thelongitudinal section algorithmon the basis of bridge CAD software development and according to the geometric effects of concrete box girder structure. Through the realization of computer program and example calculation, we realize the hexahedralnet work automatic mesh algorithm of concrete box girder.The research results show that the longitudinal section method not only can automatically complete the automatic subdivision of hexahedral mesh of concrete box girder, but also has high accuracy in calculation to meet the requirements for computational accuracy.
