PURPOSE: A thermoelectric module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve thermoelectric efficiency by using a substrate including a fluid line for moving fluid which transmits heat. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(110a) and a second substrate(110b) are separated to face each other. A first electrode(140) and a second electrode(170) are arranged the inner sides of the first and second substrates. A thermoelectric element(160) is electrically connected to the first and second electrodes. At least one substrate includes an insulation layer(130) and a fluid line(120) for moving the fluid which transmits heat.
