The non-flexible and non-opening characteristics of internet lead to reconfiguration difficulties and the upgrade and extension limitations.This means that reconfiguration just relies on upgrades and extensions,while the upgrades and extensions can only be supplied by the equipment providers.To meet these requirements,novel service-oriented network technology architecture is proposed,following the discussion of the architecture of the reconfigurable routing switching platform operating on the novel network.It aims at innovative network architecture to meet the development of future network and improving the dependability,security and reliability for national information network.
