摘要─只有两种方法将放射性示踪剂掺入皮肤中，即局部体内方法和体外方法可被认真考虑用于人类的常规临床使用。这两种方法，特别是我们改进的体外方法，都有详细描述。
SUMMARY.— Only 2 methods for the incorporation of radioactive tracers into skin i.e. the local in vivo method and the in vitro method can be seriously considered for routine clinical use in man. Both methods‐and especially the in vitro method as modified by us—are described in detail.
