We present our developing intelligent space "Tagged World'', which provides services to reduce mistakes and dangers of users in homes. Services are activated by combining a user-active system and an environment-active system. First, the environment offers users candidates of services based on estimated user behavior and situation. Next, users activate only desirable services. Service activation by interaction can awaken users to something users are not aware of but does not provide inappropriate services based on misestimation of the environment.
