A simple and reliable method of estimating tyrosine has been developed, based on earlier work, which may be used for the determination of 10-250, ag. of tyrosine in 2-4 ml. samples. 2. The effects of a number of interfering substances have been investigated, and precautions are described for the determination of tyrosine in various biological fluids.
