采用正交试验法对硫酸盐竹浆臭氧漂白的影响因素进行了研究。最佳工艺条件为：浆浓10%，臭氧用量0.5%，温度20℃，pH值2。在此条件下漂白后的竹浆白度为68.7%SBD，粘度为887mL/g。此外，还探讨了添加过氧化氢对竹浆进行臭氧漂白的效果。
In this paper, some factors, which influenced ozone bleaching of kraft bamboo pulp, were studied with the orthogonal test. The best technical conditions were pulp consistency 10%, ozone dosage 0.5%, temperature 20℃ and pH value 2. Under these conditions, the brightness and the viscosity of the bleached pulp were 68.7%SBD and 887 mL/g.In addition, ozone bleaching of bamboo pulp with addition of H_2O_2 was also discussed.
