Replacing a measure y by a distribution in the Levy representation ~x~p = Rn s ~ IP dy (s) of a norm we define the generalized representation which exists and is unique for every finite dimensional Banach space. This representation leads to a criterion of isometric embedability of Banach spaces into Lp-spaces.
