目的探讨针刺治疗顽固性弱视的临床疗效。方法将60例108眼随机分为对照组（50眼）和治疗组（58眼），对照组采用戴眼镜、遮盖等常规治疗，治疗组在常规方法基础上加用针刺治疗。结果治疗组各类弱视总有效率优于对照组。组(P<0。05),尤其对白内障术后及屈光参差性弱视疗效显着,总有效率达100%。结论针灸可改善眼部局部血液循环,加速血流,增加血氧含量,从而滋养视神经和视网膜,使弱视快速治愈。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on intractable amblyopia.Methods 60 cases(108 eyes)were randomly divided into control group(50 eyes)and treatment group(58 eyes).In control group,the conventional treatment was used,such as wearing glasses and covering.In treatment group,on the basis of routine method,acupuncture was applied.Results The total effective rate of all kinds of amblyopia in treatment group was superior to that of control group(P0.05),especially good for the cases after cataract operation and anisometropic amblyopia,and their total effective rate was up to 100%.Conclusion Acupuncture can improve local blood circulation of eye,accelerate blood flow and increase blood oxygen content so that optic nerve and retina can be nourished and amblyopia is cured quickly.
