THE PURPOSE OF THIS REPORT IS TO DOCUMENTTHE CHARACTERISTICS OF GLAUCOMA as evidenced by fluorescein angiography and to analyze the data in terms of their possible contribution towards understanding the mechanisms of visual loss in glaucoma. Appropriate literature will be reviewed. The design and method of the study will be described. The results of a statistical analysis of the data will be summarized. Individual cases will document the statistical analyses and introduce new material. The conclusion will be drawn that fluorescein angiography is of value in the study of glaucoma. A classification of glaucoma incorporating the new information and integrating older concepts will be offered.
