对活体松材线虫进行处理后，用TEM对线虫各部位切片进行详细观察，但线虫体内未发现细菌。然而，用该方法处理SEM样品，脱水步骤较少，SEM在线虫体表面发现了许多细菌。这些细菌形态相似，长1.48～1.73μm，直径0.49～0.62μm。这是首次关于松材线虫携带细菌的部位的报道。
After treatment of the living pine wood nematodes, detailed observation was made on sections of all parts of the nematode with TEM, but no bacteria were found within the nematode body. However, many bacteria were found on the serface of the nematode body with SEM by using the method to treat SEM sample with less dehydrating steps. Those bacteria were morphologically similar, 1.48～1.73?μm long, diameter 0.49～0.62?μm. This is the first report on the site of pine wood nematode where bacteria are carried.
