In a previous paper some general findings on pollen collection by Apis mellifera were given, but no attempt was made to correlate these with the presentation of pollen in the individual species.In this paper, findings on the pollen presentation of six species are given and the data correlated with the daily rhythm of pollen collection by Apis. Some attempt has been made to estimate quantitatively the'pollen crops' provided by these plants, as this affects the migratory beekeepers' interests nearly. It is hoped to investigate pollen presentation in other species in the coming season.
