HighlightsA novel chromatographic method capable of the molar activity determination of [18 F] FP-(+)-DTBZ has been developed in this study.The proposed method has been validated to be specific, sensitive, accurate, precise, and robust.The Am and the corresponding amount of FP-(+)-DTBZ as the important factors should be concerned in VMAT2 autoradiography with [18 F] FP-(+)-DTBZ.
