针对Suehiro提出的构造完全互补序列的方法过于复杂等缺陷，提出了一种基于LS码生成方法的简单构造完全互补序列的方法，即“生成树”，该方法可通过矩阵递推进行处理。选择不同的碱基码对也可以增加完全互补序列的数量和长度。结果表明，“生成树”是构造完备互补序列的一种简便、灵活的方法。
For the defects of constructing method of complete complementary sequences presented by Suehiro, such as so complex, a simple method of constructing complete complementary sequences based on a method of generating LS codes named 'generating tree' is presented, which can be worked byrecursion of matrix. The numberand length of complete complementary sequences can also be increased when different base code pair be selected. It shows that 'generating tree' is a good method for constructing complete complementary sequences which is simple and flexible.
