The UK Strategy for Data Resources for Social and Economic Research 2013-2018 sets out a strategic approach to developing a thriving and vital UK social science research community that is engaged with major developments in data resources. Developed through the UK Data Forum, this third version of the strategy identifies priority areas for developing the data infrastructure to meet current and future research needs. It highlights areas where greater coordination and new initiatives will benefit both data producers and users, as well as exploring how to enable researchers to make fuller use of new and existing data resources.
