用直接荧光抗体技术检测感染4种登革热血清型的白纹伊蚊雄蚊或雌蚊的简单头标本，均能检测到登革抗原。通过将该技术与用试验材料对蚊子进行肠道外接种的技术相结合，可以快速而简单地分离登革病毒。
Dengue antigen could be demonstrated by a direct fluorescent antibody technique in simple head squashes of male or female Aedes albopictus mosquitoes infected with any of the 4 dengue serotypes. Dengue viruses can be isolated rapidly and simply by combining this technique with that of parenteral inoculation of mosquitoes with test material.
