Japan is widely expected to introduce photovoltaics (PV) to its power grid. With a massive introduction of photovoltaics, the capacity shortage of balancing supply and demand associated with nationwide may arise. Thus, we previously reported a decentralized surplus PV output transaction system utilizing blockchain. Our proposed system made it possible to find consumers of surplus PV output and to match electricity supply and demand with market mechanism. However, the proposed system did not consider the constraint of the distribution line. Therefore, we propose a new contract processing algorithm to calculate the nodal price in the area where with surplus power transaction. We discuss the change in load on the distribution line as a result of applying nodal price to the existing model and consider the flow of transaction and components of the proposed system.
