Materials and MethodsMaterials Tissue culture medium and supplies were from GIBCO (Grand Island, NY); fetal calfserum from Hyclone Inc.(Logan, UT); and aminotriazole, arachidonic acid (AA), phorbol myristate acetate (PMA), homovanillic acid, and horseradish peroxidase from Sigma Chemical Co.(St. Louis, MO). Catalase and superoxide dismutase were from Worthington Enzymes (Freehold, NJ).
