Previous studies on polymeric PTC materials were emphasized on PTC effect. However, the resistivitytemperatures (RT) behaviors in polymer composites are more complicated than we used to reported, which can not be easily explained by previous theories. In this paper, a new physical model was present, which can explain the RT behaviors in polymeric PTC materials very well. It shows that this speculated model may provide a new direction for us to investigate and to approach the essence of the polymeric PTC materials.
