X-ray fluorescence holography (XFH) is a new technique that enables us to provide a three-dimensional local atomic structure around a certain element. We applied this method to analyze a local environment of a 20 nm thick FePt film which has the L10ordered structure with a large magnetic anisotropy. We measured hologram patterns of Fe in this film and reconstructed a local atomic structure around Fe atoms.
