一个新的蒽醌苷。6-O-（α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基（1 -> 6）-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基）大黄素（1）。和两种新的倍半木脂素seslignanocentaliols A（2）和B（3）是从广西产的决明子（Cassia ocentalis）全草中分离得到的。新化合物的结构经波谱方法，特别是2D-NMR数据确定：（1）H。（1）H-COSY。HMQC，HMBC。ROESY）。以及HR-ESI-MS分析。之前报道过一种倍半木脂素。结晶-愈创木脂酰甘油-β-O-4 '-（5'）-甲氧基落叶松树脂酚，修订为seslignanocumentaliol A（2）。6-O-（α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基（1 -> 6）-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基）大黄素（1）表现出中等的抗HIV-1活性，EC（50）值为2.90 μ g/ml，治疗指数（TI）值为260。
One new anthraquinone glycoside. 6-O-(alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 -> 6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl)emodin (1). and two new sesquilignans. seslignanoccidentaliols A (2) and B (3), were isolated from the whole plant of Cassia occidentalis. The structures of the new compounds were established by means of spectroscopic methods, especially 2D-NMR data ((1)H.(1)H-COSY. HMQC, HMBC. and ROESY). as well as HR-ESI-MS analysis. One previously reported sesquilignan. crythro-guaiacylglycerol-beta-O-4'-(5')-methoxylariciresinol, was revised to be seslignanoccidentaliol A (2). The 6-O-(alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 -> 6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl)emodin (1) exhibited moderate anti HIV-1 activity with an EC(50) value of 2.90 mu g/ml and a therapeutic-index (TI) value of 260.
